• Service Life: Up to 150,000 cycles (depending on pin length, spring material and plating).

• Minimum Outer Diameter: Pin head 0.5 mm, pin tube 0.8 mm for ultra-compact designs.

• Minimum Overall Length: Shortest spring pin length 2.0 mm for space-constrained applications.

Each product is validated for corrosion resistance and ingress protection to ensure reliability in harsh operating environments.

• Salt Spray Resistance: Up to 120 hours of salt-spray testing (based on plating structure).

​

• Sweat / Corrosion Resistance: Up to 168 hours in sweat-solution testing (based on plating structure).

​

• Assembly Waterproof / Dustproof Rating: Plastic assembly products can achieve IP67 protection (via insert molding or potting).

​

• Single-Pin Waterproof Rating: Individual spring pins can achieve IPX6 (depending on outer diameter; rating applies in a static state).

​

• Composite Coating Durability: Composite-plated products pass 30 cycles of electrolytic coating tests with sweat-simulation solutions at pH 4.7 (acidic) and pH 8.2 (alkaline).
